Mellow and easy to drink. Our flavors come from real botanicals and fruit, so they taste more like a light iced tea than a sports drink. Passion Fruit & Camu Camu is bright, clean and lightly sweet. Nettle & Mint is earthy and herbal, like a refreshing iced mint tea.

No. Each stick has just 120 mg of sodium, so there's none of the salty aftertaste you get from high-sodium electrolyte mixes. It's made to be something you actually want to sip all day.

Lightly. There's no added sugar, so the flavor comes from the botanicals and fruit themselves. If you like it stronger or softer, just adjust the amount of water.

150 mg of magnesium (from magnesium malate), 210 mg of potassium and 120 mg of sodium, plus calcium. No added sugar and no artificial flavors or colors.

Most people get plenty of sodium from food. Fora leans on magnesium and potassium instead, for everyday hydration that feels gentle rather than heavy.

Tear open one stick, stir it into 12–16 oz of water, hot or cold, and sip. Use less water for a bolder flavor, more for a softer one.

Because we use real botanicals, some natural settling can happen, just like real fruit juice. Give it another shake or stir and you're good to go.
